Root Chakra

Muladhara (Sanskrit name; means roots).  1st chakra name and its element is the earth (it is physical) and represents rooting yourself to the home and earth and making a good foundation for all the other Chakras.  It's the anchor. The color is red and the tone is C.

 

Chakra is not past life, it's your core.  Our Root Chakra is found at the bottom of our spine. It represents physical survival.  You should be allowed to feel any emotion and we should never be ashamed of ourselves. The first chakra is from when you are a baby in the womb up to 1 year old.  You need to protect the baby by putting light around them; it is possible that spirits can take energy. There is no separate self of child; trust is established at this point.  If the child is neglected it will not trust.

manifestation and prosperity.  Any damage done will be perpetuated to the other chakras.  It's nature’s defense of the body. Lack of trust will show in excessive pain, abandonment, etc.
