Reiki Abundance
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei, which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki, which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
I release all of my past fears, negatives, human relationships and my inner self to the Light.
I am a Light being.
I generate the Light from my Light center throughout my being.
I generate the Light from my Light center to everyone.
I generate the Light from my Light center to everything.
I am in a bubble of Light and only Light can come to me. And only Light can be here with me.
I thank you, God, for everything.

Solar Plexus Chakra
This chakra is also known as the Power Chakra. It is symbolized by a lotus and ten petals and it relates to the color golden-yellow. This chakra rules personal power, will and autonomy. It is the center where personality is formed and emotions, intuition and psychic energies are all integrated into the 'self'.
