Reiki Abundance
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei, which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki, which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
I release all of my past fears, negatives, human relationships and my inner self to the Light.
I am a Light being.
I generate the Light from my Light center throughout my being.
I generate the Light from my Light center to everyone.
I generate the Light from my Light center to everything.
I am in a bubble of Light and only Light can come to me. And only Light can be here with me.

The 3rd Chakra is the Throat Chakra. The Throat Chakra relates to communication and growth through expression. It is symbolized by a lotus with sixteen petals and characterized by the color blue or turquoise. It governs self-expression and creativity. Emotions are transformed into audible expressions.
